Route, dodge, recharge
Circuit Sprint
Guide a signal through a moving circuit board, collect charge nodes, and avoid red surge gates.
Run profile
Difficulty: Medium. Skill focus: Route reading. Typical session: 2-4 min. Target score: 100.
Controls
Arrow keys or WASD move the signal. Space starts or pauses the run.
Goal
Collect charge nodes before the timer falls, then chain safe moves for a higher multiplier.
How the rules work
- Move the signal around the circuit lanes and collect yellow charge nodes.
- Red surge gates are hazards. Touching one does not end the page, but it breaks momentum and lowers the run quality.
- The target score is built around clean routing rather than constant movement.
Scoring model
- Each charge node is worth 10 points.
- Clean routes matter more than speed because the next node often appears near a moving surge gate.
- The 100 point target means the player can read several board cycles without panic movement.
Strategy notes
- Watch the surge gates for one full cycle before chasing a corner node.
- Use the center connector only when the next target is already readable.
- Tap movement near the rails instead of holding a direction through every crossing.
Accessibility and device notes
- The game supports keyboard input with arrow keys or WASD.
- Touch controls are available below the canvas for mobile sessions.
- The page describes scoring and hazards in text so the rules remain readable if the canvas is not ideal.
Update log
- 2026-07-08: Expanded route notes, target score explanation, and mobile control guidance.
- 2026-07-06: Added the first playable circuit routing prototype.
This is an original lightweight prototype. The surrounding notes explain the mechanics so the page remains useful even for readers who are not actively playing.
